Precision  ·  Discipline  ·  Edge

Our own capital. India's next builders. A discipline that gives back.

Trade with discipline.
Build with purpose.

NextScorpio Investments is a proprietary trading house that turns the rigor of the markets into backing for India's founders — investing as a committed equity partner, and returning a share of every success to the communities we grow within.

Proprietary capital only · No client funds · No promises — only conviction

Trade

Discipline first

Technology-driven, risk-managed trading of our own capital. Every position is ours, and every rupee of profit is earned before it is deployed.

Fund

Back the overlooked

We channel those profits into startups and small businesses that mainstream funding passes over — coming in as an equity partner, not a lender of promises.

Uplift

Give it back

A share of every year's success is committed to CSR and charitable work, because capital that builds should also lift the ground it stands on.

What we do

An engine of self-made capital.

One disciplined source of capital, put to work for the people building India's next generation of businesses.

NextScorpio Investments begins where most firms end: with capital that is entirely our own. We do not manage, pool, or accept money from the public. We trade only what is ours — and that single principle shapes everything that follows.

The discipline of the markets funds the mission. Profit generated through careful, technology-led trading is deployed into startups and small businesses as patient, hands-on capital. When we back a venture, we do so as an official equity partner — sharing the risk, the work, and the outcome.

Our near-term focus is deliberate. We are first standing up a small circle of ventures alongside trusted contacts we know well, with NextScorpio funding them and joining formally as an equity partner. It is how we build a real track record — proof before scale — on the way to backing founders far beyond our own network.

The gap we exist to close is India's early-funding gap: too many capable founders, too little capital reaching them. We intend to be one honest answer to that.

“
We invest only what is ours — and we invest it in people.
The NextScorpio principle

About us

Built on conviction, not on other people's money.

An evolution of a trading practice into something larger — a house where returns and responsibility are held to the same standard.

NextScorpio Investments grew out of a simple belief: that a good idea in India should never be stranded for want of backing. Founded by operators who came up through the markets, the firm pairs the precision of quantitative trading with the patience of a long-term builder. We keep our capital our own, our commitments clear, and our ambitions measured in the businesses and livelihoods we help create.

Our Mission

We put our own capital to work with rigor and conviction — turning the discipline of the markets into backing for the founders India too often overlooks. By 2031, we aim to stand behind 50 startups and small businesses as a true equity partner, and to commit a share of every year's profit to the communities that raise us. We invest only what is ours, and we invest it in people.

Our Vision

To become India's most respected house of self-made capital — powering 100 ventures and 10,000 livelihoods by 2035, where enterprise, integrity, and generosity compound as one, and no worthy idea is ever left waiting for the belief it deserves.

Impact & CSR

Success worth sharing.

Charitable and community work is not a footnote to what we do — it is written into the mission itself.

Both founders came to this with a real appetite for giving back. As NextScorpio grows, so will its commitment to social responsibility — education, opportunity, and support for the communities that surround our ventures.

This page will hold the record of that work as it happens. For now, the calendar is open and the story is just beginning.
